What a memorable inauguration ceremony! Julio made a powerful and decisive speech, then got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, now fiancee Luisa! Great moment..Julio put this one up on youtube!

Julio I would like to congratulate you once again. The ceremony was BEAUTIFUL !!! I know you will do what you can to the best of your ability for the 5th ward and the city of Paterson. We have faith in you and you know that any help you might need you can count on me. Also (you know I can’t leave this out…lol) I would like to wish you & Luisa the best on that marvelous engagement. I’ll be expecting an invitation to the wedding !!!
